As presented by TheHum.org
Each of us at The Hum has spent at least ten years working at the frontier of decentralised organising. We’ve built cooperatives, non-profit networks, communities of practice, and open source software projects. We’ve been shaped by our participation in social movements everywhere from Spain to South Korea.
It’s not just for radical communities though, these new ways of working are starting to show up in all kinds of workplaces. Now we work with companies & coops, NGOs & institutions: everyone from activist networks to the United Nations.
If you’re ready to dive in and explore these new ways of working, check out the “Handbook of Handbooks”. It’s an open source library from more than 50 decentralised organisations who have transparently documented their ways of working for you to remix and learn from.
