The database I wish I had

I want a database that allows me to create decentralized client-side applications that can sync data.
The best one-line description I can give right now is:

It’s sort of like PouchDB, Git, Datomic, SQLite and Mentat.

A more descriptive version could be:

An embedded, immutable, syncable relational database.

Really great write up on what Eu wants from a database, and definitely aligns with what we’re thinking.

Not sure how to more clearly put this out there and start having people work on this together. Maybe a call for interest to have people work on this together?

I have almost no control over the data that apps store for me. I’m talking about the data that apps explicitly advertise themselves for: like the workout data I record in a fitness app, or the todo items I put in a todo app, or the tweets I put on twitter.
